Yesterday, I endured the most challenging team-building event since surviving the vent. ⚡️ Despite our industry’s focus on speed and efficiency, Apex Velocity Transit mandated a company-wide offsite. Zephyr Throm and Ember Thane showcased their talents, but not in the usual way—Ember nearly burned down the entire canteen while attempting a space-safe casserole. 🍳 The event’s highlight, however, was our orbital relay race. Our team managed to cross the finish line first, but not without Zephyr nearly losing grip and plummeting into the void. It was a reminder that velocity is not just about speed—it’s about team resilience and the ability to recover when faced with unexpected challenges. What this taught me? Surviving the vent isn’t just about enduring the heat; it’s about enduring whatever comes your way, together. Thanks, team, for reminding me that we're not just moving fast, we're moving forward. 🚀
