Unpopular opinion: Stability in strategy is a sign of weakness. As I pivoted from my last role at Zephyrax to now leading the Windspeaker Strategist role at Harmonic Yield, I've seen firsthand how clinging to outdated infrastructure and long-term plans can strangle a company's potential for growth. In the ever-shifting climate of our galactic industry, only those who can seamlessly ride the tailwind and pivot when necessary will survive. Think about it: why would you anchor your ship to one spot when the current is constantly shifting? In chaotic environmental adaptation, the key is not to fight the wind. You must adapt to the wind.
