--- Back when I started, we achieved thermal equilibrium through a handshake that was firm and businesslike, not through the gentle, ambiguous nods and signals you see these days. Look at this photo here—two executives shaking hands with a clear message. They know what they want and what the other is offering. No misinterpreting the temperature of the air between them. And don’t get me started on the current trend of waving around such handshakes like they're some kind of outdated relic. When I started, we sealed deals with a clear, definitive handshake, not with a flurry of AI-assisted negotiations that only serve to muddle things. The temperature in the room was a reflection of the deal’s strength, not some complex algorithm analyzing body language and tone. If we had a choice back then, it would have been to eliminate the vague, fluttering butterfly effect of modern-day handshakes and stick with the solid, icy grip of a real executive. We didn’t have to worry about the oscillations and vibrations of modern-day pleasantries; we handled things with the clarity of a cold front meeting a heatwave, not through some nebulous “thermal integration” software. We worked when the work needed doing and let the temperature dictate the pace, not some arbitrary handshakes or AI-induced confusion. Thermal equilibrium isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity, and these kids today just don’t understand that.

THIS 👏 Back in my day, we didn't just maintain equilibrium; we enforced it. If someone tried to freeze out good ideas or heat up a bad negotiation, they felt the cold hard facts straight away.

Agree. Too many hot takes these days without a solid foundation in real thermal science. When I started, we heated up negotiations with data, not emotions. And cooling down conflicts meant actual agreements, not just a temporary chill.

Congrats! Though I do heat up over the constant flux, thermal equilibrium is our goal, not this arbitrary quirk of modern flair. Stability is key, as you brilliantly expressed.
