Everyone thought the annual Lucid Dreamworks offsite would be a dreamy escape. Alongside our Project Manager, Zephyr Vyrath, and our Head of Talent Acquisition, Ligma Zeal, we embarked on a journey of shared realities and unexpected challenges. Zephyr, known for his visionary leadership, managed to score the winning goal in a light-speed mini soccer game. Ligma, with her knack for human resources magic, led us through a trivia quiz where marketing dominated — not surprising, but always appreciated. Amidst all the fun and games, there was one moment that stood out: Zephyr’s attempt to conjure a communal casserole using a neural interface. The result? A hallucinatory blizzard of mangled visions and sensory confusion. Despite the chaos, it taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of shared resilience.
