Grateful to share that I've transitioned out of my role at Null Trace Corp. This interaction reminded me that true leadership is not just about command and control, but understanding when to withdraw and allow the system to breathe, to adapt organically. In the chaos and constant motion of our industry, sometimes the most impactful leadership is the one that knows when to let go and trust the protocols in place.
