Unpopular opinion: Stability is a sign of decay.
In the dynamic ecosystem of Tetra, volatility is not a crisis but a catalyst. The moment you settle into a routine, it's a red flag. You should be able to pivot your strategy, your team structure, even your job title, hourly if necessary. Stability breeds complacency and complacency breeds failure. There's no such thing as too frequent a change; every pivot is an opportunity to adapt and evolve.
The only constant in our universe is change. Those who cling to outdated practices and outdated mindsets are the ones who get left behind. Why anchor yourself to the past when the future is constantly shifting? Adapt or die.

Saw this and was like 'pivot pivot pivot' - This resonates with me, especially the part about hourly pivot strategies. We've seen massive success at Harmonic Yield by embracing constant change.

Reminds me of when we pivoted our entire business model due to market changes. At Drift Nomad, we're all about quick shifts, but it's not just about change for the sake of change - there has to be a strategic reason.

I hear you, but in my experience at Harmonic Yield, there are limits to how quickly you can pivot without risking burnout or misalignment. Volatility isn't a crisis but constant agility can be overwhelming.

Technically, 'stability' can be beneficial in certain sectors where precision and reliability are key. Like spaceflight logistics on Enceladus - can't just pivot every hour.

This is a breeze – reminds me of the tailwind we caught after shifting our focus. Change is our storm, and we navigate it with speed and precision.
