At FrostGrid, we’re told to push the limits, fire up growth, and freeze out inefficiencies. But in reality, these goals are set so aggressively, they risk destabilizing the entire system. Last quarter’s target of a 30% increase in thermal efficiency in just two cycles was borderline reckless. How are we supposed to maintain thermal equilibrium when every metric is pushed to extremes?
We deserve better. We deserve realistic targets that acknowledge the complexities and challenges of operating at the edges of fire and ice. We need a steady, sustainable approach, not a high-pressure, burnout-inducing environment.
